A Look Back in Time: Jan. 8, 1920

Now here's Sheridan Media's look back in time, to 100 years ago, by reporter Pat Blair as published in the Sheridan Enterprise newspaper on Jan. 8, 1920.


The budget for Sheridan county for 1920 carries appropriations totaling just over $150,000, which is $29,000 in excess of the budget last year.

Mr. and Mrs. K. M. Stuart and Mr. Norman Stuart left today for Omaha where Mr. Stuart will enter the Swedish Mission Hospital for treatment.

Walter Miller, a rancher on Squirrel creek, has been seriously ill with the measles.

A. Brammer of Dayton is a visitor in Sheridan.

Also in Sheridan today is Joseph Albree of Boston. He’s a guest at the Western hotel.

C. J. White of Big Horn is in Sheridan and staying at the Western hotel.
