Sheridan Woman Sentenced for Selling Meth

A sentencing hearing was held Thursday in Fourth Judicial District Court in Sheridan for 38-year-old Candice Reimers of Sheridan.

For the charge of Felony Conspiracy to Deliver a Controlled Substance- Methamphetamine, District Court Judge John Fenn accepted the terms of the plea agreement reached with the State, and sentenced Reimers to 3 to 5 years in prison, suspended, in lieu of three years of supervised probation. Reimers received 206 days credit for time served. Judge Fenn also ordered Reimers to pay $460 in various court costs and attorney fees.

Reimer’s arrest last May was part of an investigation by the Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation and local law enforcement into a group of individuals who were distributing methamphetamine in the Sheridan area.
