Teens Bound Over To District Court In Ernst Murder Case

Three Sheridan teenagers were bound over to 4th Judicial District Court on Friday after they appeared in Sheridan County Circuit Court for their preliminary hearing.

The Sheridan Broncs were on the road Friday night to face Rock Springs. The Broncs struggled with a stubborn Rock Springs team, but hung on to win their 3rd game in a row. Final score was Broncs 20, Rock Springs 17.

The Bighorn Rams played their Homecoming game at Homer Scott Stadium at Sheridan High School Friday night. It was all Rams as they crushed the Wright Panthers 37-0.

Sheridan Man Charged in 2-Boat Collision on South Dakota Reservoir

67-year-old Joseph Kosma of Sheridan has been charged with a misdemeanor count of Reckless Operation of a Boat, in papers filed earlier last month by the Fall River County, South Dakota State's Attorney.

On July 4th, Kosma was driving a speedboat on the Angostura Reservoir south of Hot Springs, SD when he collided with another speedboat driven by Chad Collins of Rapid City, SD.

BRONC FOOTBALL - The Sheridan Broncs take a 2-1 record on the road tonight at Rock Springs. The Tigers are 0-3, and head coach Don Julian says Rock Springs will look familiar to the Broncs; the Tigers have turned the ball over a lot in their three losses, but Julian says they can break out of that any time. He adds that the Broncs must be ready for a fired-up opponent tonight.

Latest Section Of Pathway Opened On Thursday

Sheridan has had pathways that go from Thorne-Rider Park in the north, clear to Sheltered Acres Park in the South for some time now. Crossing 11th Street near Thorne-Rider Park required a detour of several blocks until this week. City officials officially opened the latest addition to the pathway system yesterday.
