Sheridan College Tax Assistance Begins Today

Business students at Sheridan College will hold the first of eight sessions today where they'll be offering free tax preparation. The tax assistance is for those with an annual income of less than $50,000 with relatively simple returns.

During their annual meeting Friday, the Sheridan Memorial Hospital Auxiliary gifted $25,000 to the Hospital. $21,000 came from the Kozy Korner Gift Shop, and the remaining $4,000 of the donation came from the annual Christmas Trees of Love program.

Three Arapaho Tribal Members Indicted for Embezzlement

In a media release from the United State's Attorney's Office, U.S. Attorney Christopher A. Crofts announced that three Arapaho Tribal members from the Wind River Reservation appeared in federal court on embezzlement charges. The media release states that George Moss, Melody St.

Forty-two year-old Tonya Colette Sickler was scheduled to appear in Johnson County Circuit Court on Friday, but instead filed a waiver of her right to a speedy appearance in court, and will have her appearance rescheduled to a later date.

According to a media release from the Wyoming Game and Fish Department, the Northeast Wyoming Sage-grouse Working Group will hold a meeting Wednesday, February 23rd beginning at 9:30 am at the BLM office located at 1424 Fort St. in Buffalo.
