Rainbow Pay Dirt - Sheridan 31 & Cheyenne Central 12

Friday evening just moments before game time a rainbow appeared over Sheridan High School as the Sheridan Broncs were about to take to the field for the first game of the season. The Bronc Cheerleaders held the paper Bronc Head for the the players to run through and into an evening of Bronc dominance as they beat the Cheyenne Central Indians 31 to 12. Airport Gets Construction Grant Following FAA Shutdown

A Federal Aviation Administration shutdown in July forced the Sheridan County Airport to wait on an grant that would allow them to renovate their taxiway, but airport Manager John Stopka said Friday that they received that grant this week, and now they will be able to start the project in September.

Buffalo City Works Crews Busy With Various Projects

The dip in the intersection of North Adams Avenue and West Lott Street is in the process of being removed and curb and gutter will be added as well, according to Buffalo City Works Director Les Hook, who updated the city council at last week's meeting on a number of projects being handled by his department.
