The open house for the Sheridan Health Center was well attended.
The Free Clinic of Sheridan County has changed their name to the Sheridan Health Center.

The Free Clinic of Sheridan County held an open house Wednesday night to celebrate their new name, the Sheridan Health Center, and to let the community take a peek at what they've accomplished in the past 7 years.

Dayton Resident Appointed to Business Council Board

Beaver Creek Road to Close Wednesday and Thursday

TROOPERS LOOKING FOR A BIG 2012

TROOPER BASEBALL - The Sheridan Troopers are two days into their spring training the regular season begins May 6th with the Troopers hosting a double header with Casper.

Head coach Ben Phillips says they have six weeks to get ready for their first games.

He says it will take all that time to make sure arms will be ready to start the grind of the regular season.

Johnson County Fire Responds To Four Fires Monday

The Albright II Fire burned a portion of this ridge Monday NE of Buffalo.

Four fires in the county around Buffalo kept the Johnson County Fire Department busy into the evening hours.

Results From Last Week's Jerry Campbell Invite

Both Buffalo and Kaycee High School's track teams performed well at last week's Jerry Campbell Invite, hosted by BHS.

For Buffalo, winners included the boys 4x400 relay team; Hannah Chapin in the girls' 1,600 meter run and the 3,200 meter run; Matt Scarlett in the boys' 3,200 meter run; Dylan Marton in the boys' pole vault; and Shannon Horn in the girls' long jump.

Winners for Kaycee included Hannah Foley in the girls' 100-meter hurdles and the 300 meter hurdles.

Both Buffalo and Kaycee athletes finished second in numerous events and had many in the top five.
