Governor Mead Submits Proposed Budget

Governor Matt Mead submitted his proposed budget proposal for the next two years today. In contrast to the steep upward trajectory of state spending over the last decade, Governor Mead’s budget is flat.

Sheridan Inn Renovations Going Well

Earlier this week we reported that the City of Sheridan's last remaining bar and grill license went to Custom Group Properties LLC, owners of the Historic Sheridan Inn.

It was the 35th annual Turkey Trot Thursday morning at Kendrick Park.

Generals / Lady Generals pick up victories / Lions club hoops tournament this weekend at the Hoffman dome

SC BASKETBALL - The Sheridan college basketball teams swept games from Colorado Northwestern Wednesday night.

The Lady Generals came back from three points down at halftime to beat the Spartans 66-55.

The generals had a 21 point halftime lead in their game and went onto win 105-73,

The Generals and Lady Generals are the hosts for the annual Sheridan Lions club tournament at the Hoffman dome which begins today.
