The Sheridan City Council held the second of three work sessions Monday on the Sheridan College bond issue to expand and renovate the College's Technical Education Center on campus.

Kaycee Man Killed in One Vehicle Accident

A one-vehicle accident early Sunday morning near Kaycee claimed the life of a Kaycee man and injured another, sending him to the hospital. 23-year-old David Niffenegger died at the scene and 26-year-old Michael Mondeau was transported to Johnson County Memorial Hospital in Buffalo.

Goose Creek Cup Raises Over 30K

The Goose Creek Cup to benefit the Downtown Sheridan Association's restoration of the Goose Creeks in Sheridan raised over $32,000 Sunday. The event was held at the Flying H Ranch in Big Horn and featured some of the top polo players in the country.

The Wyoming Department of Transportation has announced there will be a series of hourlong road closures beginning tonight on Interstate 90. These road closures are part of a multi-million dollar project to allow Casper Electric to install steel structures for overhead dynamic message signs.
