A collision between a semi-truck and a car closed one lane of traffic and sent two people to the hospital Monday morning.

An on-loan sculpture in Sheridan's public arts program was damaged when a driver lost control of an SUV on Sunday night.

Name Released From Weekend Fire Fatality

Buffalo Police Chief Jason Carder has officially released the name of the victim in the fatal house fire that occurred in Buffalo over the weekend.

Killed in the fire was John L. Knebel, 46, of Buffalo.

Funeral services for John Knebel, 46 year old Buffalo man who passed away Saturday evening in a house fire in Buffalo, will be held Saturday, January 3rd at 10:00 a.m. from the Big Horn Baptist Church in Buffalo with Pastor Pete Friese officiating. Viewing will be held from the Harness Funeral Home Chapel on Friday from 1:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m.

Derald Dean Stiles

Derald Dean Stiles 75, formerly of Sheridan passed away peacefully at home in Billings, MT surrounded by his family on December 25, 2014 after a lengthy illness. Derald was born August 7, 1939 to Emmett and Thelma Stiles in Door, North Dakota. Derald attended school at Taylor Elementary School, Central Junior High School, and Sheridan High School before graduating in 1957.

For a while it was all around me and then poof, it was gone. I am referring to the year 2014.  How could a year go by that quickly?

Alas, this means it is time to offer up my 2015 predictions of what is going to happen.
