When state lawmakers convene in Cheyenne next month for the 2015 Legislative Session, education will once again be an issues that comes to the forefront.

Keeping our pets safe during the holidays can sometimes be quite a task for busy pet owners. Sheridan Media's Ron Richter has the story.

The Inner Circle of the Sheridan Fulmer Library was transformed into an art gallery for the students of Holy Name Catholic School. Wednesday a reception was held for the up and coming artists and Sheridan Media's Judy Hagerott stopped by and brings us this story.

The annual Festival of Trees holiday event that raises money for the local Special Olympics teams is set for Monday night at Sheridan College in Sheridan.

The Sheridan Police Department is set to make an arrest soon in connection to the burglary of the Hospital Pharmacy on Main Street that happened in May.

Smoke may be visible in Sheridan this afternoon and tomorrow, according to the U.S. Forest Service, because firefighters plan to burn slash piles in the Bighorn National Forest about a quarter of a mile northwest of Burgess Junction. Spokeswoman Susan Douglas provided the details.
