The Sheridan Broncs win their match against the Cheyenne Central Indians today with a final score of 44 to 36 in Sheridan's favor.

The Lady Broncs also win their game against Central with a final score of 63 to 35.

If you receive a call on your cellphone preceded by just one or two rings, chances are it’s part of a new One Ring phone scam spreading across the U.S. faster than a summer wildfire. The alert is coming from the Better Business Bureau of Wyoming.

Friends described Edward A. Whitney as a loner – and an 1887 photo of some of Sheridan's prominent citizens of the day shows him with his back to the camera.

Work Session Change for Council

Historically the Sheridan City Council has held work sessions over the noon hour on weekdays. That will soon change, as next week the Council will begin holding work sessions prior to their regularly scheduled meetings on the first and third Monday of each month.

Now, here's Sheridan Media's journey back in time to one hundred years ago, with reporter Pat Blair giving the daily news from The Sheridan Enterprise newspaper on Feb. 3,1914. The report mentions the commercial club – which was the forerunner of what's known today as the chamber of commerce.

BRONC / LADY BRONC HOOPS - The Sheridan high school basketball teams split games with Cheyenne East Friday night the Lady Broncs won 59-47 while the Broncs lost at east 64-62.

Both games today with Cheyenne Central tip at 1:00 the Broncs can be heard on 14-10 KWYO and Lady Broncs on 87.7.

EAGLES / LADY EAGLES HOOPS - The Tongue River basketball teams swept games from Wright Friday night girls won 58-29 boys won 65-62 they host Greybull today

With her game high 20-points Sheridan's Robbi Ryan helped her team with another big win at home over the visiting Cheyenne East Lady Thunderbirds. Sheridan has now run its record to 14-1 on the season and hosts Cheyenne Central at 11:30 and 1:00 Saturday.
