It has been just since Christmas Break that Sheridan College in Johnson County has moved into its new home in the old Clear Creek School building, but staff and students are already feeling at home and ready to take on a busy future in the new facility.

The annual Buffalo Senior Center's Pie Auction was Friday night at the center, and was a good time as usual with funds raised through the auction going to support the many programs at the senior center.

The 62nd session of the State Legislature got underway this past week. The session is a budget session, so any non-budget bills require two-thirds approval by lawmakers for introduction.
