Kids Take to Slopes

Nearly a hundred kids took to the slopes, on sleds, Friday afternoon thanks to the YMCA, Century 21/BHJ and Sheridan Commercial Company. BHJ donated a hundred sleds to Sheridan families – and gave children ages 5 to 11 a chance to try them out on the hill at Kendrick Mansion above Kendrick Park.

Ashlee Quarterman and Madison Havens, both Juniors at Sheridan High School, take to the stage of the WYO Theater Friday evening in the 53rd Annual Kiwanis Stars of Tomorrow talent show. Ashlee and Madison will be performing a dance duet titled, "I Ain't Got Time for You Baby." The show involving area students from Kindergarten through High School runs from 7-9 pm.

Valerie Lynn Johnson, 60, of Sheridan, passed away on February 11, 2014 at St. Vincent's Hospital in Billings, MT.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 26, 2014 at Kane Funeral Home with Knute Johnson officiating.
