County To Discuss Amendments To Lake DeSmet Lease

The Johnson County Commissioners will have a regular meeting Tuesday, and on the agenda is amendments to the Game and Fish proposed lease at Lake DeSmet. That discussion will happen at 10 o'clock.

Maurice “Mo” Bernard Campbell, 84, of Sheridan, passed away on Monday, March 10, 2014 at his residence.

A Memorial Service for Mo will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 13, 2014 at the Grace Anglican Church with Reverend Kevin Jones officiating.

Harold Richard Hayward, 85, of Sheridan, passed away on Saturday, March 8, 2014 at the VA Medical Center.

Harold was born on November 29, 1928 in Kenosha, WI, to parents Ora and Electa Alice (Murphy) Hayward. He was one of five children.

Harold joined the Air Force and served for 22 years. He enjoyed photography and was interested in air planes. He worked with the FFA in Communications.
