Municipal Power Enterprise Ordinance Approved

The Sheridan City Council took the first step Monday night in creating a municipal utility, as the Council approved on first reading, an ordinance establishing a Municipal Power Enterprise.

Adam Teten, Chairman of the Kaycee/Buffalo/Johnson County Economic Development Joint Powers Board, spoke to the county commissioners at their last meeting, updating them on the happenings concerning the board and the former Clear Creek School Building.

School Board Discusses Property, Trips and Employment

At their last meeting the Johnson County School Board discussed a district-owned property that has been inquired about for use, an annual trip for BHS Students and approved an employment request.
