Friday was the 2nd “Artist in Motion,” program sponsored by the Wyoming Watercolor Society, based in Sheridan.

Gas Pipeline Board Eyes 2014/15 Budget

Bronc / Lady Bronc soccer shutout Cheyenne South / Track in Cody today / March Madness continues

BRONC / LADY BRONC SOCCER - The Bronc and Lady Bronc soccer teams had no problem posting their first conference victories of the season Friday night.

The Lady Broncs whipped Cheyenne South 6-0 in Cheyenne and improve their overall record to 3-0. They play at Laramie this afternoon.

The Broncs drilled South at Homer Scott stadium Friday night 9-0 they also hold a 3-0 overall record.

The Broncs host Laramie this afternoon, the Plainsmen and Gillette tied at 1-all Friday night.

The JV's will play today at 10:00 with the varsity going at noon.

UW Dedicates Literacy Center

The University of Wyoming recently dedicated its new Literacy Research Center and Clinic in the College of Education. The facility will support literacy initiatives across the state.

Carl G. Jordan

Carl G. Jordan, 70, of Sheridan, passed away on Thursday, March 27, 2014 at the Westview Health Care Center.

Carl was born on February 22, 1944 in Basin, WY to parents Andrew Simon and Mattie (Devendorf) Jordan. He grew up in Greybull, WY and married Vicki DeWald on October 8, 1967. They raised three children.
