Hundreds of students throughout Sheridan County will be receiving their High School diplomas soon, as graduation ceremonies for Sheridan High School, Tongue River, Big Horn, Arvada-Clearmont and Fort Mackenzie will take place this weekend.

Sheridan City Councilman John Heath has announced that he's officially filed for reelection to the Sheridan City Council. Heath will be running for one of the three four-year terms on the council.
At their meeting earlier this week, the Johnson County Commissioners approved a Memorandum Of Understanding (or MOU) between themselves and the two fire districts in the county to provide fire protection for the county.
