Nearly two weeks remain for voters to cast their ballots in this year's Sheridan County fire district elections.

Winnie Fay Borgialli passed away in Billings, Montana, on October 18, 2015, with family and friends at her side. Services will be on Thursday, October 22, in Buffalo, Wyoming. There will be a viewing at the Harness Funeral Home, from 8 a.m.-11 a.m. The Funeral service will be held at St. Luke’s Episcopal Church at 1:00 p.m., with interment to follow at Willow Grove.

Aquatic Center Funding Reaches Halfway Point

Supporters of the proposed aquatic center in Sheridan are halfway there, as far as fundraising, goes. Jay McGinnis, who is the director of the YMCA where the new facility will be built, says they’ve raised nearly $8 million of the $16 million needed to build the facility that will expand the Y and include two pools, a lap and family leisure, office and class spaces and locker rooms.
