City to Move Municipal Court Downtown

We learned this week that municipal court will be moved to a new location soon, coming up the first week in November.

Joan Margaret Curtis, 73, of Sheridan, passed away on Saturday, October 17, 2015 after a long battle with cancer. Joan was born in Austin, MN on August 14, 1942. She was preceded in death by her parents, Donald and Norma Sattler of Austin, and infant son, Matthew.

Lawsuit Challenges Constitutionality of Data Trespass Laws

Wyoming’s new data trespass laws are unconstitutional, violating free speech, equal protection and other basic freedoms, according to a lawsuit filed by conservation, animal welfare, and media groups in U.S. District Court on Sept. 29.

Domestic Violence Awareness March Planned for Saturday

As part of national domestic violence awareness month, the local Advocacy Resource Center has planned a march against family violence. Rhonda Weber, who is a victim witness coordinator for the center in Sheridan, said the march will be held Saturday in the downtown area.

Land Use Plan Open House

An open house was held Wednesday by the City of Sheridan and Sheridan County to update the public on changes to the Joint Land Use Plan that was adopted by both the city and the county in 2009.

Wednesday, U.S Senator Mike Enzi of Wyoming, and Chairman of the Senate Budget Committee, held a hearing on the need to take action on reforming the federal budget process.

Broncs Host Bison tomorrow night / Rams and Eagles travel / Wyoming at Boise state Saturday night

BRONC FOOTBALL - The Sheridan Broncs close out the regular season at home tomorrow night against Cheyenne South we will have the game live for you on 14-10 KWYO the First Federal pregame show will start at 6:30 with kickoff at 7:00.

It's "Military night" at the game as well as other activities, here's Broncs Head coach Don Julian.

It's also Senior night for the Broncs tomorrow, Senior's and their families will be honored prior to the game.
