GENERALS / LADY GENERALS BASKETBALL - The Sheridan college Generals beat Eastern Wyoming 95-82 last night to pick up their 11th win of the season , they got off to a sluggish start but controlled the pace of play most of the game, Head coach Matt Hammer.

The Generals are 11-3 overall and Hammer says his young squad still has a lot to learn but have great potential to be a great team.

The Sheridan Police Department issued a news release Monday that warns residents of a scam that involves an individual calling on the telephone, stating they are from the IRS and they are attempting to collect a debt.
