Trustees of the Northern Wyoming Community College District, who are co-defendants in a lawsuit filed by two Colorado residents, said they had not received a copy of the complaint as of Thursday and it would be premature for them to comment.

Holy Name’s Mayfest Set for Weekend

The organizers of this weekend’s Mayfest celebration hosted by the Holy Name Catholic School in Sheridan are hoping everyone comes out in their best 1950s attire, by wearing their angora sweaters with poodle skirts or cuffed up jeans with rolled-sleeved T-shirts. They don’t need the saddle shoes or penny loafers because this is a sock hop.

Local Band Commemorates Ten Years With ‘Greatest Hits’ Release

A local band is celebrating ten years together by releasing a new album and playing several live shows in Sheridan over the next several weeks. Sheridan Media’s Ron Richter has the story.

East Entrance to Yellowstone Opens Friday

The east entrance to Yellowstone National Park is scheduled to open Friday, and the park’s south sentence is set to open the following Friday, May 8.

2015 Wyoming Track classic highlight's this week's local sports schedule / Bronc soccer looks to stay on a roll

BRONC / LADY BRONC TRACK AND FIELD - The 2015 Wyoming track classic will be held in Casper tomorrow afternoon the all-star meet is being held at Kelly Walsh high school ten Sheridan high school athletes will compete.

BRONC / LADY BRONC SOCCER - The Bronc and Lady Bronc soccer teams get back into conference play this week. The lady broncs will play at Cheyenne South and Laramie the broncs play at home. JV's go at 4:00 tomorrow with the varsity match set for 6:00.
