R.M. “Jack” Siler

R.M. “Jack” Siler, 89, of Sheridan, WY, passed away at his residence on Wednesday, January 6, 2016 after a short illness. He was born on February 11, 1926, in Moore, Oklahoma, to parents Earl Maynard and Jonny Lula (Routon) Siler. He married Geraldine Terry in July, 1945 in Oklahoma. They moved to Powell, Wyoming where Jack worked for an oil company.

On January 17, 2016, Michael (Mike) Churchill Gay peacefully passed away at St. Vincent Healthcare in Billings, MT from injuries he sustained after an accident working at First Christian Church in Sheridan, WY.

Mass of Christian Burial for Joe Goryl, 97 year old Buffalo resident who passed away Saturday morning at his home in Buffalo, will be celebrated Tuesday January 19th at 10:00 a.m. from the St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Buffalo with Father Pete Johnson as celebrant. Visitation will be held from the Harness Funeral Home Chapel on Monday from 9:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m.

Suzanne Laya, 84, of Sheridan, passed away on Saturday, January 16, 2016, at Westview Health Care Center. She was born on December 24, 1931, in Sheridan to Francis Charles III and Catherine (Davis) Williams. Sue graduated from Sheridan High School in 1949 and attended college in Albuquerque, New Mexico, before transferring to the University of Wyoming.
