Dining For a Cause Off to Good Start

Dining for a Cause got off to a strong start Monday, according to Dave Youngren, manager of Frackelton's restaurant which is the site of the event.

Sheridan County School District #2 will be holding Parent/Teacher conferences this Thursday and Friday. Because of this students will be released from school early on Thursday and will have no classes on Friday. On Thursday, Kindergarten will be released at 11:25, Elementary at 12:35, Sheridan Jr.

The 4th Annual Christmas Wish Motorcycle Poker Run took place Sunday. Nearly 30 Bikers rode to Big Horn, Dayton, and Ranchester, and raised over $1100 for the Sheridan Media Christmas Wish Program, which helps local people in need during the holidays.

Nels Albert Nelson Jr was born on June 8, 1917 in North Mankato, Minnesota to Nels Albert (Sr) and Serine Hansen Nelson joining his sister Marguerite. Nels was called to his Heavenly Home on October 29, 2016, just 14 days after he and his wife Ellen’s 75th wedding anniversary.

BIG HORN FOOTBALL - The Big Horn Rams came back from 14 points down to tie Pinedale and force overtime and got the wining score to advance to this week's semi finals with a 20-14 win, the Rams host Newcastle Friday night at 6:00 to play for a trip to Laramie and the state title game.
