Polls Seem to Have More New Voters Than Normal

The new voter registration line at the Sheridan County Fairgrounds Exhibit Hall is very large, and has been all day according to Election Judge Fachon Wilson.

Planes Still Running on Time

Nearly 95 percent of flights into Sheridan County Airport are on time, and more than 99 percent of flights are being completed.

Funeral services for Georgie Sicking, 95 year old Kaycee resident who passed away Sunday afternoon at the Johnson County Memorial Hospital in Buffalo, will be celebrated on Saturday, November 19, 2016, at 1:00 p.m., at The Gardens Funeral Home in Fallon, Nevada with Jerry Harper officiating. Dayton Defers Selection of WAM Alternate

Dayton's town council chose Mayor Norm Anderson as the voting delegate to next year's Wyoming Association of Municipalities convention, but choice of an alternate delegate was put off until after Tuesday night's elections.

While a guest on our news talk show Public Pulse Monday, University of Wyoming President Dr. Laurie Nichols was asked by a caller about the possibility of making Sheridan College a four-year university so that the two learning institutions can work more seamlessly together.
