Over 300 adult fish were released into Sheridan’s Sam Mavrakis Pond Tuesday morning by the Story Fish Hatchery and the Wyoming Game and Fish Department.

Virginia Weber DeMond, of Sheridan, died Sunday, November 20, 2016 at her residence. Virginia was born November 3, 1922 in Blackfoot, Idaho, the daughter of Harry and Maude Weber. She attended the University of Idaho in Moscow and Pratt Institute in New York City.

CHEYENNE, Wyo. (AP) — Wyoming and Montana are pushing to block a rule that President Barack Obama's administration issued last week seeking to restrict how oil companies burn off natural gas on public lands.

Sheridan County Football Players Dominate 2016 All State Selections / Cowboy Hoops at Pacific University Tonight

4-A ALL STATE FOOTBALL - The Sheridan Bronc football team will wrap up the 2016 football season tonight with their post season championship team banquet at Sheridan high school, Head coach Don Julian.

The Broncs had several players selected for the 4-A all-state team on the offensive line Andrew Boint and Blayne Baker, Quarterback Drew Boedecker, running back Kyle Custis and wideout Coy Steel.

On defense Steel, Zach Gale, Hayden Hastings and Drew Boedecker, Sam Smart was the all state kicker and Steel was the all state return specialist.

Christmas Parade, Chili Feed A Go After Council Approval

The Buffalo Chamber of Commerce's annual Christmas Parade and Chili Feed will be happening again this year in early December as usual, after the city council approved requests for street closures and the use of Crazy Woman Square for the events.
