Christmas spirit is in the air and the Sheridan Senior Center will be adding to that when their Sheridan Aires Choir presents The Magic of Christmas concert on Thursday and Friday. Jean Harm, the center’s Assistant of the Fun Department.

Celebrate Cindy Benefit Set for Saturday

Well known community advocate Cindy Killworth Boyd is currently fighting bone marrow cancer and amyloid disease. According to Debbie Law, a close friend of Boyd and her family, there will be a dinner and silent auction on Saturday to help Boyd fight.

Theresa A. Brown, 98, of Sheridan, passed away on Sunday, November 27, 2016 at the Sheridan Manor. She was born on September 10, 1918, to parents Matthew and Geraldina (Blohmer) Arts in Three Forks, MT. She married Jerome Thomas Brown on June 23, 1943, in Abilene, TX, and spent 70 years together before his death.

A Rosary will be at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 29, 2016 with Father Glenn Whewell at Kane Funeral Home.

Marcia Ann Thomson

Marcia Ann Thomson, 80, of Story passed away November 24th, 2016. She was born to the late Joseph and Ruth Novotny on June 1, 1936, in Chamberlain, South Dakota.

Marcia attended St. Mary’s Catholic School and Winner High School before attending Wayne State Teachers College. She retired in 1998 as the CFO for NPRD FCU. Marcia was an active member of the community and friend to all.
