Telling Sheridan County legislators that School District 2 wants to be part of the solution, District Superintendent Craig Dougherty Wednesday said the district wants to provide a pilot teachers college and a pilot principals academy for Wyoming.
Currently, the Sheridan County Historical Society & Museum’s hours are from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. daily, but the Museum will be closed from Monday, December 19 through Sunday, January 1 with its Administrative Office reopening on Monday the 2.
The Downtown Sheridan Association Historic District Promotion Committee announced that Men’s Night Out is scheduled for Thursday, December 15. From 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Robert “Bob” Addison Kauffman, 97, of Sheridan, passed away Monday, December 5, 2016 at Sheridan Manor. He was born October 15, 1919 in Ottumwa, Iowa to Clifford and Rowena Kauffman.
