4-A All-state basketball / Troopers / Jets baseball

4-A ALL-STATE HOOPS - Three basketball players from Sheridan high school made the 4-A all-state this season they are Seniors Blake Godwin for the Broncs and Kaycen Townsend and Robbi Ryan from the Lady Broncs, Ryan was all-state in all four of her seasons with the Lady Broncs.

TROOPER / JETS BASEBALL - Sheridan American Legion baseball will hold their player / parent meeting Monday evening at Thorne-Rider stadium.

The meeting will start at 5:30, all Jets and Trooper players and parents should attend.

Commissioner Hicks: Snider Ditch Project to Begin Soon

The State Of The County Address was given in a luncheon hosted by the Buffalo Chamber of Commerce Wednesday, and speaking on behalf of the county commission, Chairman Bill Novotny said the county will be facing having less funding in the near future, but the commissioners themselves are optimistic things will be fine in the long run.
