State lawmakers are expected to wrap-up the 2016 Legislative Budget Session today in Cheyenne. We caught up with Representative Rosie Berger of Big Horn this morning, who provided some good news regarding funding for local governments.

Home Brewers to Tap Into Brewfests

Home brewers throughout Wyoming will now be able to bring their home crafted beer, mead or wine, to brewfests in the state. The home brewing bill, sponsored by Senator Dave Kinskey of Sheridan made its way through the current legislative session and will take effect July 1.

Wyoming lawmakers are expected to finish the 2016 Legislative Budget Session today in Cheyenne. Most of the month long session has focused on making cuts to the budget to make up for declining revenues from the mineral industry.

March Madness results from Thursday

BRONC / LADY BRONC BASKETBALL - The 4-A East regional tournament opened in Cheyenne last night for the Broncs and Lady Broncs, the Lady Broncs survived and advanced the Broncs were knocked out of the post season.

Laramie beat the Broncs 52-50 to advance to the semi finals that loss ended the Broncs season.

The Lady Broncs held off Laramie 50-40 to advance into the semi finals the win also gives them an automatic bid into the state tournament.

They will play Cheyenne East at 4:00 this afternoon in the semi finals you can hear the game live on 14-10 KWYO and 87.7 FM.
