Wyoming State Soccer- The Sheridan Broncs were defeated 1-0 by the Laramie Plainsmen in overtime of the Semi-Final game of the 4A Wyoming State Soccer Tournament. Although it was a tough loss, Head Coach Matt Johnson said they fought hard.
A penalty in the box gave the Plainsmen a penalty kick that scored them their lone goal.
Saturday the Broncs will play Cheyenne Central at 11am to decide the 3rd place team.
Sheridan resident Rich Bridger has filed as a candidate for the Sheridan City Council. Bridger said the city must be fiscally responsible and keep a balanced budget.

Christina “Tina” L. Davidson, 24, of Sheridan, passed away on Wednesday, May 25, 2016, at her residence. She was born on June 5, 1991, to parents, Daniel and Michelle (Osborn) Davidson in Lodi, CA. Tina was a devoted mother to her two boys.

The Wyoming Rehab 3-on-3 Hoop Jam street basketball tournament is set to take place at its new location this year the weekend of June 4th and 5th. Hoop Jam has moved from Whitney Plaza in downtown Sheridan to Sheridan High School.
