Sarah McKinley, returned to her heavenly home May 28, 2016. She was born on November 5, 1937, in San Antonio, TX, to Margaret (Taylor) and Leo E. Davis. She attended and graduated Garland High School and enrolled in Southwest Texas State Teachers College before moving with her family to Sheridan, WY in 1956. There she met the love of her life, Ridgely Niver McKinley.

State Cowboy Hall of Fame Honorees Named

Eugene “Curly” Williams and Jack Reisch are this year's Wyoming Cowboy Hall of Fame honorees from Sheridan County, and Alex “Junior” Johnstone Jr., Robert Lester “Bob” Leath and John C. “Johnny” Streete were chosen from Johnson County.
