10 Fires Burn in Ranchester Area

Ranchester, Dayton and Goose Valley firefighters, along with a crew from the Padlock Ranch and several other people fought 10 fires west of Ranchester Saturday night.

People flocked to Dayton's Scott Bicentennial Park this weekend for games, food and fun during the 40th annual Dayton Days celebration.

Troopers Finish as State Baseball Runner-up They Open Regional Tournament Wednesday in Cheyenne

The Sheridan Troopers beat Gillette 10-9 in ten innings that victory put them in the state Double "AA" American Legion state title game with Cheyenne.

Post six took the title beating the Troopers 14-4 it was the 14th state title for Post 6 in the last 126 seasons.

Cheyenne will host the American Legion Northwest Region tournament next week play gets underway Wednesday.

Since Post 6 is the tournament host the Troopers will represent the state of Wyoming in the tournament.

They will play the Montana state champs Wednesday night at 5:00 we will broadcast the game live on 14-10 KWYO.

Sheridan to Host Annual Bike MS Fundraising Ride

In a couple of weeks, close to 300 cyclists will converge on Sheridan and the surrounding area for Bike MS: Wyoming’s Bighorn Country Classic. The ride is a fundraiser for the Colorado-Wyoming Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
