A public visitation will be held from 5:00 to 8:00 P.M. on Tuesday, August 2, 2016, at St. Peter's Episcopal Church in Sheridan, WY. Private Family Services will be held.

Sheridan County Fair Starts This Week

Actvities for this year's Sheridan County Fair start Friday with fabric and fashion interview judging and fashion revue judging at the Sheridan County Extension office.

The former town of Monarch in Sheridan County was the focus of this year's final Wyoming Wednesday at the Information Center on Fifth Street this week.

Troopers Drill Gillette at State Baseball / Rockies win at Baltimore / Bronc Football Camp Opens August 8th

TROOPER BASEBALL - The Sheridan Troopers continue to play well at the Double "AA" state American Legion baseball tournament.

The Troops beat Gillette 16-4 last night blowing the game open scoring 8 runs in the third inning.

They will play in the winners bracket semi final tonight against Cheyenne, Post 6 dominated Jackson winning that game 17-2.

In loser out games Wednesday Evanston eliminated Laramie 7-2 and Rock Springs beat Casper 8-6.
