The Hub Honors Volunteers in Dinner

Three hundred people who have volunteered more than 23,500 hours to The Hub on Smith Street, formerly known as the Sheridan Senior Center, were celebrated with a dinner at The Hub Thursday night.

U.S. Senator John Barrasso of Wyoming spoke before his colleagues on the Senate floor Wednesday in regard to the Environmental Protection Agency taking formal steps to repeal the Obama administration's Clean Power Plan rule.

State Cross Country Preview / High School Football Regular Season Wraps up Friday / Conference Swimming / Diving Opens Tomorrow

STATE X-COUNTRY - The Wyoming state cross country championships will go Saturday at the Sheridan VA the six finals get underway at 10:30 with the Boys 3-A final followed by the 2-A Boys at 11:00 and 4-A Boys at 11:30.

The first Girls final is the 3-A at noon the 2-A is at 12:30 and the day will finish with the Girls 4-A final at 1:15.

Sheridan high school Head coach Art Bauers says the course at the VA is a tremendous venue for the athletes and spectators.
