Speaker Says Alcohol is 'the Problem'

The president and CEO of JMJ Technologies, a medical research and development company said drugs aren't the problem, the problem is alcohol.

Chamber Coffee Focuses on Dayton Community Hall

Members of the Sheridan County Chamber of Commerce learned a little of the history of the Dayton Community Hall Tuesday, as that was the site of this month's Chamber Coffee.

Motorized Access Extended on Two Forest Service Roads

The Forest Service, working with the Wyoming Game and Fish Department, has temporarily extended motorized access on Forest Service Roads 203 and 213 and Forest Service Trail 800.

SC Generals Rodeo results

Sheridan College rodeo team traveled to Lamar, CO this past week here are the results:

The men’s team placed fourth they were unable to capitalize this weekend in the short round.

Hunter Carlson won the bareback riding with a total on two head of 155 points. He was 72 in the long round, drew a bucker in the short round, and scored 83 points.

Chance Ames placed fifth long round in the bareback riding fifth in the short round and fifth in the average with a total on two head of 137. Chance rode well just did not draw a bucker.
