Wyoming’s oldest person is Leonard Ross of Jackson at 107. He attained that singular honor when a hero of mine, Leola Maude Dollard Reschke of Lander died last November at the age of 108.

Water Line Break on Kentucky Ave. in Sheridan

The City of Sheridan is currently working on a water line break on Kentucky Avenue near the Sheridan County Fairgrounds. According to Utilities Manager Dan Roberts, crews have been working on stopping the flow of water for most of the night.

ATV-SNOWBOARD-FATAL CRASH

ROCK SPRINGS, Wyo. (AP) — A snowboarder who was being towed by an ATV north of Rock Springs crashed and suffered fatal head injuries.

Library Starts Work on New Strategic Plan

Cameron Duff, who's Sheridan County Public Library director, hopes to have a new strategic plan in place for the county's libraries by the end of March or mid-April.
