Behind the Scenes Saturday

The “Behind the Scenes Saturday” program at the Sheridan County Museum was started several years ago as a means to give the public a glimpse of the upcoming new exhibits and what it takes to get those exhibits ready during the winter months.

Oil Painting Wuerkshop with Jenny Wuerker to Begin on March 15

During every Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. during the weeks of March 15 through May 24, Jenny Wuerker will teach a hands-on oil painting class aiming to improve participant’s visual skills, help them discover new techniques, and learn how to paint directly from observation.

Trail End Schedules Docent Training

The Trail End State Historic Site, also known as Kendrick Mansion, will hold free docent training next week for anyone interested in becoming a tour guide at the site.

Hospital Foundation Working on Funding for Tomosynthesis

In addition to fundraising for Sheridan Memorial Hospital's Intensive Care Unit, which is winding down, the hospital foundation has been working to raise funds for the Tomosynthesis equipment that hospital staff wants to buy.
