Social Agencies Council Becoming More Visible

Sheridan County's Council of Social Agencies is now in its third year of reorganization and is becoming more publicly visible, more viable and is increasing membership.

Event Set This Weekend for Wounded Warriors

Twenty-two veterans, including eight from Sheridan County, will be treated to what Kent Sherwood calls the best weekend ever for wounded warriors.

Graveside funeral services for Rita Morris, 76 year old Sheridan and former Buffalo resident who passed away Saturday evening at the Sheridan Memorial Hospital, will be held Friday September 1st at 10:00 a.m. in Willow Grove Cemetery. Donations in Rita’s memory may be made to the St. Francis Animal Shelter in care of the Harness Funeral Home at 351 N. Adams in Buffalo.

Gerald N. Erpelding (8 January 1928 - 27 August 2017) passed peacefully from this life to his heavenly home on August 27th.
He was in the Army Air Corps then Air Force, during WWII and the Korean War and was dedicated to his beloved country. While he was a pilot, he served as an aircraft mechanic working on the B24, B29, and B52 bombers, and the F80 jet.

John A. Coulter, 84, of Sheridan, Wyoming, formerly of Billings, Montana, passed away August 25, 2017, at Sheridan Memorial Hospital. He was born June 15, 1933 in Charlevoix, Michigan to Avery Allen and Caroline Agatha (Owen) Coulter.

BRONC FOOTBALL - The Sheridan Broncs shut out Rock Springs 51-0 in the season Friday they built up a 35 -0 halftime lead in the dominating performance, Head coach Don Julian.

They play at Cheyenne Central Friday and will face a better opponent on the road. Kickoff is set for 6:00 you can hear the Broncs on KWYO and 106.9 FM.
