Sheridan County Fair: 58 Beef in Market Show

Fifty-eight cattle were entered in this year's market beef show, held Friday night at the Sheridan County Fairgrounds.

Ducks and a lot of chickens added up to a good poultry show this year, according to 4-H Poultry Superintendent Jennifer Forsness.

Gabe Bland was named champion FFA showman, and Sage Koltiska took champion senior swine showman honors in the swine show at the Sheridan County Fair Thursday night.

Youth competed Thursday in western pleasure, western horsemanship, western riding, reining, trail, working cow horse, ranch sorting, barrel racing, pole bending, goat tying and stake racing.

CASPER, Wyo. (AP) — A California man has been sentenced to 15 years in prison for blackmailing two 14-year-old girls from Sheridan into sending him nude pictures on Snapchat.
