Cowboy Basketball Opens MWC Play Tonight / Cowgirls Open League Play Tomorrow / Broncos Finish Their Sunday

COWBOY HOOPS - The Wyoming basketball Cowboys open MWC play at home tonight against San Diego state. We will have it live for you on KWYO and 106.9 FM broadcast time is 6:30.

COWGIRL HOOPS - The Cowgirls open league play tomorrow at San Diego state it will be live as well on KWYO and 106.9 FM that broadcast will start at 7:00.

COWBOY FOOTBALL - One other follow up today to the Cowboy football season the Pokes finished up with an 8-5 record after their bowl game win in Boise matching last years record, last week was the NCAA's new early signing day for football.

Jeffrey William Sholine was born April 6, 1955, in Fort Collins, CO, to Edwin L. Sholine and Alice (Foreman) Sholine. He passed away at his residence in Sheridan, WY, December 18, 2017.
Jeff spent the first 4 years of his life on the family ranch in Glendevey, CO. The family moved to Saratoga, WY, in 1959, where his dad took a job as ranch manager for the Cedar Creek Ranch.

Commissioners Authorize Filling County Position

Sheridan County commissioners have authorized County Clerk Eda Schunk Thompson to hire someone on a temporary basis to fill a vacancy created in the county clerk's office by a request for leave.

Sheridan ARC’s Next Executive Director Yvonne Swanson

The Sheridan Advocacy and Resource Center announced earlier this year that their Executive Director Bonnie Young would be retiring in early 2018. Yvonne Swanson has been chosen to take on the Executive Director role next and is currently learning about the job as Interim Executive Director.
