Santosha Yoga Weekend Workshop

On Friday evening, the Santosha Yoga studio had their first session out of four. This spring workshop happens once a year. This years focus was on opposite styles of yoga, from Yin Yoga, which is slower and more gradual, to Yang Yoga which focuses on strength and agility.
