Art Alley Pulls It All Together Downtown

Council OKs Closures For This Weekend's Brews and Blues

Buffalo's City Council has approved a street closure for this weekend's Brews and Blues event downtown.

Approved was a request by the Buffalo Area Chamber of Commerce for the closure of East Fetterman from Main Street to Lobban Avenue, adjacent to Crazy Woman Square from noon to 6pm.

Buffalo's Second 'Art of Fiber' Festival This Weekend

Buffalo's second annual Art of Fiber Festival will be happening this weekend at the Cowboy Carousel Center.

The festival calls the weekend “a celebration of everything creative in the world of fiber arts,” from sewing and quilting to knitting, crocheting to book making.

Funeral services for Bruce Wiley, 71 year old Riverton man who went to be with our Lord and Savior early Wednesday morning, will be held Saturday, September 15th at 10:00 a.m. at the Harness Funeral Home Chapel in Buffalo with Reverend Mark Mumme officiating. Visitation will be from the funeral home on Friday from 1:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m.

They'll be clearing downed timber and other hazards on the Sibley Trails. The USFS will provide tools and hardhats. Be sure to dress for dress for variable weather, and wear sturdy shoes and gloves.
