The State of Wyoming has been conducting a feasibility study for placement of a veteran's skilled nursing facility at various locations in the state and has narrowed the finalists to three locations: Casper, Sheridan and Buffalo.
The restriction includes state and private lands in the county except those that fall under the jurisdiction of the US Forest Service, Bureau of Land Management, or incorporated areas within the county.
