Livestock numbers weren't quite as high for this year's Wild West Showdown as for the one last year, but organizer Dana Pearce said the event was going quite well.
Heavy precipitation and rapid snowmelt earlier this month, caused the City of Sheridan to experience record high levels of turbidity within the Big Goose Creek water supply.
The budget will be one of many items the Sheridan City Council will be considering at their regularly scheduled meeting Monday night. Sheridan Media’s Ron Richter has the details.
