A staple of Labor Day in Sheridan County will return once again for a 31st year starting Sunday. Don King Days is an old fashioned cowboy show according to organizer Cecile Pattison.

BILLINGS, Mont. (AP) — Montana labor officials say a $2 million federal grant for retraining workers expected to be displaced with the closure of two units of a coal-fired power plant remains untapped because plant owners haven't given the workers layoff notices.

Yarn/Wire, a New York-based percussion and piano quartet, will open the 2019-2020 season at Sheridan College's Whitney Center for the Arts on Sept. 14.

Buffalo Police, Sheriff Arrest Colorado Robbery Suspect

Law enforcement from the Buffalo Police Department, along with the Johnson County Sheriff's Office, arrested a suspect thought to be involved in a robbery in Colorado.
