Marlys A. Fox, 85, of Sheridan passed away on Thursday, September 12, 2019, at St. Vincent’s Hospital in Billings, MT. She was born April 12, 1935, in Kindred North Dakota to parents David and Bernice Hedland. David died in WWII and Hank Schiffner became a great step-father.

How do you not get excited about seeing two of your grandsons head off to college? Nancy and I are enjoying seeing how these two boys thrive. We relish how well they are adapting to their new lives.

But it sure brings back memories of a different time.
