Wyoming Public Lands Day Celebration

Saturday morning began with steady rain showers that showed no signs of letting up. However, the Public Lands Day celebration went on as planned. Shannon Anderson, a representative of the Powder River Basin Resource Council, helped organize the program.

The Sheridan Broncs notched another victory Friday night with a resounding 42-17 win against the Casper Kelly Walsh Trojans at Homer Scott Field in Sheridan. Here are a few photos from the action.

Code Audit Presented to Council

Earlier this year the Sheridan City Council approved a contract with Cascadia Partners, LLC, out of Portland, Oregon, in the amount of $29,200 to perform a code audit.

Sheridan Woman Sentenced in Federal Court

Chief Federal District Court Judge of Wyoming Scott Skavdahl recently sentenced 46-year-old Kimberly Daniels of Sheridan to 10 years in prison for Conspiracy to Distribute Methamphetamine and Marijuana.
