The Wyoming Supreme Court is set to consider whether to allow continued public fishing access to a blue-ribbon stretch of the North Platte River.
The court on Tuesday will hear arguments from private landowners appealing a district judge's ruling regarding public access to Lusby Public Fishing Area, about 20 miles southwest of Casper.

Sheridan College graduates 250 students this year.

The somewhat snowy start to summer break certainly didn't seem to dampen the spirits of the nearly 250 graduating students at Sheridan College Saturday.

Former Sheridan College Graduate, Ryan Wright was the commencement speaker this year. Ryan began attending Sheridan College at the age of 14, and was also the youngest to ever graduate from there when he was only 17.

Groups look to stop adobe town drilling.

Red Desert drilling plans are headed for the courtroom. Several conservation groups have filed a federal lawsuit over the B-L-M’s recent Rawlins Resource Management Plan – which sets guidelines for how lands in the district will be used and maintained.
