Weather may have played a role in two Wyoming Highway Fatalities
Icy roadways appeared to have played a role in a one-vehicle fatal crash Wednesday morning two miles north of Ranchester on Interstate 90 in Sheridan County.
The Sheridan Police Department says they are aware that cell phone use while driving is becoming more of a problem and possibly causing accidents, but adds that the violation is tough to detect.
