Representatives of the Advocacy and Resource Center in Sheridan were guests on News Talk 930 KROE'S Public Pulse program Thursday. The topic of discussion dealt with February being Teen Dating Violence Awareness Month.

24-year-old Lydia Morrison was sentenced to 5 to 8 years in prison for Felony Aggravated DUI Thursday.

Thursday in 4th Judicial District Court, Judge John Fenn rejected the plea agreement between the State and defendant Lydia Morrison. Sheridan Media's Ron Richter was there and has the story.

55-year-old Curtis Scheckla plead guilty to 2nd Degree Sexual Abuse of a Minor in 4th Judicial District Court Thursday.

A pretrial conference was scheduled Thursday morning in 4th Judicial District Court in Sheridan County for 55-year-old Sheridan resident Curtis Scheckla. Scheckla is charged with 2nd Degree Sexual Abuse of a Minor for fondling and inappropriately touching a 5-year-old girl last summer.

A tragic incident occurred just south of Cheyenne January 25th on US Highway 85. Sgt. Stephen Townsend with the Wyoming Highway Patrol issued a report Thursday indicating that a pedestrian who was walking on the highway had been struck by a vehicle. Sgt.
